Terms & Conditions

Payment:
Standard terms are net 30 days from date of invoice for accounts with
approved credit. A service charge of 1.5% per month may be assessed
on invoices over 30 days. In addition, we do accept credit card and ACH

payments.

Shipping:
F.O.B. Dubuque, IA. All ground orders are shipped exclusively by United
Parcel Service (UPS).

There is a $10.00 charge per order for drop shipments. All Drop Ship
orders are to ship pre-paid and add. Drop ship invoices are faxed/emailed,
providing immediate freight cost information.

Pricing:

Suttner America Company reserves the right to change discounts and/or
pricing without notice. Trade discounts are based upon unit and dollar
volume and are inclusive of warranty allowance. A surcharge may be
added to individual orders in response to foreign currency exchange rate
fluctuations.

Minimum Order:

$100 minimum is required for all orders. Minimum quantities may
apply for some items as noted with an asterisk and/or text.

Returns:

Returned goods are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Only goods returned
with a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) will be accepted at our
warehouse. Obtain an RGA # from Suttner America Company before
returning any goods.

Shipping Discrepancies:

Discrepancies must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
